Meeting Minutes for April 19, 2007
Present at the Meeting:
Bob Griffin, Catherine Hartman, Jim Owens, and Jim Bothe
Topics Discussed:
* Reviewed meeting minutes from March 15, 2007.
* Reviewed projects list for Volunteer Day to be on May 5th, 9:00am to noon. Project list included trash pickup, downed tree branch removal, trail trimming, wood chip spreading, drain tile installation, planting, picnic table painting, grass seed planting, honeysuckle removal, and finishing with pizza and fishing. Service department to help with any preparation. Set rain date of May 12th.
* Catherine volunteered to make-up poster for Volunteer Day.
* Wildflower seeds have been planted.
* Jim Bothe to check on any pond maintenance needed (blue dye, fountain, etc.).
Action Items:
* Continue any trail and pond maintenance needed.
* Service Department to install Plexiglas cover to signboard before summer.
* Follow up on Boy Scout projects.
